Why do you usually use the only network for monetization?

Hi there. I've read a lot of topics here about the app monetization. And I've seen that developers usually choose one or two mobile networks and sometimes are very dissapointed with the results. Why do you concentrate all your efforts to work only with one or two network, what are the reasons?
