Motorola Moto G — Invisible notifications, broken buttons, and broken app store!!

I kid you not. One day I woke up and picked up my phone. The screen went all willy-nilly and shut off. I turned it back on and the home and app display buttons don't work. I can only use the back button, which get really annoying.

My phone buzzes when I get notifications but they don't show up in the notification bar because it won't let me slide it down. I have to manually open each app and check for notifications.

The Play Store doesn't let me download apps anymore but I didn't find that out until I had deleted most of them for storage space. I tried to redownload but it always says pending and never downloads.

I have tried doing a factory reset but it literally won't let me press the button.
