Hello,
I’m switching from one phone to the next.
I have been using Whatsapp on the old phone, and the program is still open and functioning.
However I want to migrate and use it on the new phone.
I’ve installed the Whatsapp app on the new phone, but am unable to activate it using SMS or call, as neither is received by me.
Is this perhaps because my old app is still open and active?
If so, how can I quit/exit it?
If it’s a different problem, please advise what the issue is.
