Did this person block me?

All of a sudden this person's profile pic and "las seen" information disappeared, but I'm still informed when he/she's online. Did I get blocked or not?

You can no longer see a contact's last seen or online in the chat window.
You do not see updates to a contact's profile photo.
Any messages sent to that contact will always show one check mark and never show a second check mark
Any calls you attempt to place will not go through.

No you're not block yet. That person just put some security to account so that's why you are not able to see his last seen and profile.

You are not blocked. The person has just removed you from their contacts. Since you have them in contacts you see their Online status only all the rest of the features are set to show to "contacts only" by the other user. Unlike "Online" status, all the rest of features like Profile Picture and Last Seen can be set to be seen by a certain audience.
