My phone is not going past the google block after I did a factory reset and deleted the cache. I copied the apk into a usb from my toshiba laptop, inserted it into the phone with no response from the phone. If anybody has an answer please please troubleshoot it for me........

If you can't succeed in factory resetting, I think you should contact a customer center for help.

Factory reset does work, only getting past the google block, shouldn't phone have responded with the OTG cable, i think my samsung galaxy express 3 has a different kind of keyboard because presssing on the @ symbol for some time also should have opened the google settings.

MAY BE YOUR ANDROID VERSION CURREPTED WHILE RESETTING ...IF U CANT TAKE THROUGH OTG CABLE . DEFINETLY ITS A BIG ISSSUE .. GO TO SERVISE CENTER....
