Redmi Note 4 in water! Please HELP!!!!!!

I bought a redmi note 4 a month ago.This morning i dropped it in water, it was removed within 2 seconds. I immediately dried it with cloth and tissues. The screen had turned off. I placed it in a bag of rice and came back from school 6 hours later, and it seems completely dry, but I tried switching it on, but it won't turn on.

Please help me!!! My parents will be so angry!!! I can't tell them.
