Motorola Moto G — Sd card and apps

Hi to all! I have a Motorola Moto g device, I fixed my card in internal storage in order to be able to store there my apps. But finally not only apps aren't storaged there, I can't download more apps it says that there is no space, but also I connected my phone to the laptop in order to transfer my files on the card and it says that is impossible!!! Any ideas are more than welcome 🍭🌼 thanks a lot in advance!

Check if you choose the SD card to store APPs. Or you could use a card reader to connect SD card to computer and then transfer files.

Hi Amy, thanks a lot for answering, yes finally I managed to transfer apps , only a few apps can be moved that's why I thought at first that it does not work. I will try to fix the problem with the files now..!
