I am using moto g 1st generation mobile. contact numbers corrupted in my device. Displaying wrong contact numbers in contact list, whattsapp and SMS. For Example : contact number 123456789 is associated with xxxx person. Device is displaying the contact number of some other person yyyy. thus, connecting to wrong person. if i do factory reset, i have to loose entire information in the device. Hence, please guide us to how to rectify the problem without loosing the information in the device.
