My phone, OALE X1, which bought it from Dubai. It works well while in Dubai. But when get back to India, and change to India SIM card. The phone can't get the signal. Someone said there is one country code, which can crake. Someone said that I can change the original IMEI number to the local India IMEI number. But I have no idea both of that. What's wrong? How to do?

I think maybe the network your phone supports is different from those supported in India. Contact your India operator to confirm the network mode.

The frequency band of the phone supports India SIM card. My friend said that I can change the IMEI number, it will work. What's wrong with the IMEI number?

I see now. Is the mobile phone a contract one? If yes, you may contact your old carrier in Dubai and ask for help to unlock the phone. In general, you need to send your IMEI number to the carrier in order to unlock it.

Correct. If unlock wont solve your problem then contact your old carrier in Dubai.
