media file does not exist in internal storageT

The video file exists in internal storage/whatsapp/media/whatsapp video.
I can play it, share, copy ... BUT whatsapp can't find it.

The whatsapp video dir was moved to sd card but I copied selected videos to internal storage. And now, all these videos are blurry.
Any ideas I can try?

Try android mobile manager tool to check if the videos are still saved on your Android phone. If yes, try to move them to computer.

I already have copied the videos to computer. The question is why whatsapp
can't locate the videos in internal storage?

Create a folder named with Sent in 'Internal storage/whatsapp/media/whatsapp video', move your video files into the folder, and then check whether your Whatsapp can locate those videos.

I did and moved videos, whatsapp could not find to sent folder. But same result - blurry images with the error. Thanks and appreciate ideas.
