Hello, I have a Galaxy Tab S2. When I access the dropdown menu to clear all messages, and after I hit clear all messages and the messages clear, the menu lifts back up. The problem is that the messages are still in the notification tab and I have to clear the same messages again??? What is happening and how can I fix this. Thanks.
