Samsung Galaxy S — WhatsApp issues

Hi everyone, hope someone can help!

On 5th Nov i manually backed up my WhatsApp messenges. They went to google drive. I tested they would come back by uninstalling/reinstalling whatsapp & restoring messages.
Everything worked fine so i deleted the chat as the stored file from 5th Nov was still on google drive.
However I have tried several times to restore the messages by uninstalling/reinstalling whatsapp but it no longer lets me choose the back up files from the 5th Nov even though they clearly there on my drive?
Anyone can help?

No, it swemed to install fine. Its just when it got to the restore page it just said "rearore saved filr 2.00am (then whatever date) instead of restore file saved 5th nov. Which is the file i want to restore
