S8+ delay opening of files

Hi

I am experiencing delay opening of files. It occurred on Play Store and Dropbox. Sometimes it take 20 secs for them to start downloading the files. I am not sure why there is a delay. But it work preferable sound on mobile network.

S8+ is ruining on Nougat software.

Do you mean that the delay issue only exists when your S8 connects to internet via WLAN other than mobile network? And how about any other phones connecting to the same wireless router?

Is there some anti-virus software or APP installed which will scan before every file downloading?

It only occurs on this phone as the other phones I have are iPhone which had no issue yet.

There is no anti virus installed on the phone. It only occurs on some apps which make the issue complicated.

Settings - Apps - these apps - Storage, Clear data and Clear cache.

Have you checked the Apps in the background that are running?

Usually they suck up the RAM a lot. You should recheck and stop the unnecessary applications that are running.
