Hello,
My girlfriend has been having a lot of issues with her WhatsApp recently and just want to see if anyone else has had these issues and if so, how to go about resolving them.
The first issue is that WhatsApp is coming online without her knowledge. Her status would say "Last seen today at 14:33" but when I raise it with her, she has not actually been online. This issue has never come to us before. This issue is intermittent.
The other issue is that she is not receiving any notifications. I would send her a message but she wouldn't actually receive a notifications sometimes. Her notifications are on in settings. This issue is also intermittent.
Has anyone else had these issues before and if so, how did you go about resolving them?
