Persistant notification every minute

How to determine cause of persistant notification jingle every minute. All notifications are turned off.

Does anything popup in the notifs bar?
If not more than likely a 3rd party app you have installed you might try booting into safe mode for the day to see if it quits if it does,Its in an app you have downloaded if not in the system....Once you know that much you can go from there
