Phone does not ring. Vibrate only.
Ring volume set to max.
Ringtone selected. Change ringtones produces zero sound .

Have you turned on Vibration or Silent mode other than Sound mode?

Customer care is the best option. Contact Motorola for assistance as it cannot be predicted what the actual problem is. Or share some more information so that suggestions can be given for your issue.
