I had AMD processor, tried everything to run but it kept on saying that "Your computer does not support hardware accelerated virtualization.

Either your device has HAXM option turned off in the BIOS, or the CPU doesn't support HAXM.
In the first case, go into BIOS and turn it on.
In the second, you can change the emulator to an AVD based on an ARM system image in AVD Manager.
