hi, I had a galaxy note 4 before 4 months ago. since then, I use a galaxy s7 device. before I had changed my phone I backed up all my gallery, my content and my chats. today I notice that a lot of photos weren't saved. I checked on my Whatsapp and it showed me that picture (i send it). can someone help me to get my photos back?

Reasons-
1. Maybe your gallery app is outdated.
2. Thumbnails are missing due to use of the third-party app
3. Maybe due to virus existing is your device.
backup ->Update and sync with google.

Do they appear when connected to PC, then there might be some problem with phone album app which you might be using.
