HELP PLEASE!!! My game tools bar is missing.

My game tools navigation bar on my S8 disappeared today. I have disabled and enabled the game launcher numerous times and I still can't get it to return. I use it to darken my phone while playing a game so when I stick it In my pocket it wont mess the game up and to take videos. I'm not sure how to get it back. Does anyone know? Also now my game launcher doesn't show any of my games listed and says none are installed even though I have them and have opened them on my home screen.

I really need this bar back. Please help!!

Same thing happened to me. Multiple restarts and searches have yielded nothing useful.

Please update if you've resolved your issue!

My game tools bar started hiding itself during game usage. I cant get it to stay on anymore. When I slide it open during gameplay it messes with game functions. I can't find anywhere how to keep it locked.
