Hi, i have one app ranking on position 42 for 1 keyword and 52 for other, i get 1 review in one site about android apps and now i lost 12 and 10 positions, the anchor text was naked url
Anyone has similar experiences?

It depends on relevancy. If you get links from non-relevant websites then it can affect your ranking.

Find that if the website from which you are getting link is spam kind of thing or not.
Website with lower authority can surely hurt your rankings.
