I want to create an app that will display some data from sqlite database and open a new activity when item clicked and also a search filter on the action bar..

Create a table with 3 fields, ID, Title, and Lyrics in your SQLite DB at first.

hi, i'm new to android programming, my problem is when i search the web i can't combine what I've learned from a tutorial to another tutorial. how i wish if someone give me a source code for this project so i can learn it fast.

You will not find any tutorial on internet that have exact functionalities like you.
There are tons of client requirements everyday so finding exact tutorial on internet would be waste of time.
Instead learn from small basic tutorials and then you have to develop your on your own, after all you are developer not copy writer.
