I have a problem with messaging via whatsup, It does not give me an Enter key to go down to next line while typing a message

Which keyboard do you use? Usually, the arrow button on the bottom-right corner should start a new line.

Do you mean Enter key in WhatsApp messenger? If yes, there is an option about the effect of this key.

Enter key never work while giving reply from notification bar directly
For chatting we can change setting for enter key preference
