Can anyone help? For a few months I have been having issues with my MotoG4 not connecting to my cars bluetooth I finally cured this after doing a factory reset of the phone. Only problem is now my 4G is not working, in fact I don't appear to have any mobile data connection. I have gone into the settings and mobile data is supposedly turned on and registered to my providers network but no joy.

Check the APN settings. Or contact your carrier.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

If you recieved 4g in a update it may take a little time for that update to be reinstalled after the reset!
It might also be a good idea to CALL your carrier and ask them about your 4g signal.

Thanks James.

Why oh why do I post these questions then decide to look on carriers website for help?

Turns out I needed all the 4G settings resending to my phone. Works perfectly again now.
I had it working an hour after posting the question.

Hi. It is much better to contact your phone carrier so that it can solve the problem easily.
