Hi, my WhatsApp not responding. It hangs since last week. I do all possible things, like clear cache, reinstall WhatsApp, switch off on..pls suggest.. Actually my whole business depends on WhatsApp. Since last week not able to do.

Try to uninstall the old WhatsApp, then download the latest version, and reinstall it.

He has done reinstalling it , what are the phone specs, maybe you need to free up storage , backup images on cloud and delete on local.

When doing biz on wats app.... the msgs are as important as the images .. so even it we do send the images to.cloud wat to do with msges ..

Currently Facebook is trying to integrate WhatsApp and Instagram into thier app.
The difficulties you are experiencing may be because of that!
