Hiya,

I recently bought a HTC One Mini from a fleamarket. It has a problem in which it ALWAYS boots into bootloader, no matter what I try to press or any commands I use. None of the commands (reboot, reboot to recovery, etc..) work. I've installed fastboot and adb to try and unlock the bootloader (It has never been unlocked before), and the HTC phone is recognized. Everything works up until the step where I actually have to unlock the bootloader, where usually the phone would give me the yes/no option to unlock the bootloader, but nothing happens and the phone just stays in the fastboot screen.

Thanks for the help!

Have you tried to carry out a hard reset using the hardware buttons?

Press and hold the Volume Down button and then press and hold the Power button.
Wait for the screen with three Android images to appear. Release the buttons.
Using the Volume Down key to navigate, select Factory Reset. Use the Power button to confirm your selection.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

I tried that too, sorry. All that happens with factory reset, recovery reset, etc.. is just that the phone turns off and immediately boots back into fastboot.
