LG G3 Cat.6 — Bluetooth - 'Connection Not Allowed' on rooted LG G3 4.4.2

Hi guys, I need some help...(sorry if this is in the wrong forum area)....Was having issues with the stock Bluetooth App not working properly on my rooted LG G3, so I used 'ROM Toolbox Lite' to convert the Bluetooth App from a System App to a User App (thinking it would help solve the problems I was experiencing), but it didn't, instead Bluetooth completely disappeared from the Apps List on 'ROM Toolbox Lite'. So I downloaded a new APK for Bluetooth 4.4.2 and installed it, however it was still showing as a User App, so I converted it back to a System App this time using 'Titanium Back-up', but even though it's a fresh install, when I tap Bluetooth to turn it on it still shows 'Connection Not Allowed'.......I'm guessing I've changed the root permissions for the App, but I could be wrong?
