i still use phone but laptop clicks

when my laptop makes hdd clicking noise and wont boot up (i think hdd head wont spin) then mom gets mad when i use dead laptop but i cant fix it and talks me repair laptop for money
Now i have use next laptop or reinstall windows system32 files
Pls make people fix this laptop but wouldnt fix yourself for laptops and i got many files like bonzi buddy, oe cake, minecraft Shiginima launcher but mcleaks ran accounts and are dead because mojang banning accounts or stealing accounts from mojang and tomorrow it says login but mojang developers bot also steal any account, and last one scratch and sony vegas 11
I got sony vegas 11 but i cant VEGAS 14 but its 64bits version pls add vegas 14 32bits and make anything but net framework error when i open vegas 11 but needs update framework i go updates and applications then update required files and restarted my laptop and vegas 11 now working. I havent updated net framework because i use avs or filmora or bandicam and thanks
