I need some help or guide how to create apk or a ssl application for my android...please help me thank you in advance

Well, the problem isn't clear for me.
If you have developed an application, you can create an apk (Unsigned) with Android studio.

But, if you have to load your App also on Google Play, you have to get a Key for your App.
