LG G3 Cat.6 — frozen phone

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my phone. I would describe it but I looked for it online and seems to be more common than I expected, so I will use one of the videos that I found

Also I realised that sometimes, after reboot the phone, it appears a message saying that some process is going wrong and it needs to close. I cancel that process and the phone works fine for a while. then it starts going bad again. but it is strange that the phone does not work in safe mode either

Have you USB debugging enabled? Trykingo root by pc or laptop to try and root it if doesn't work then your phone is buggered
