Phone just froze

Phone froze during downloading app tried my own master reset didnt work googled it tried first site that came up rest FAILED, tried yourselves and got phone reset within seconds, much respect 🕵️‍♀️master reset guru 👊👊👊👊👊👊

You must go to the customer care and submit your phone !! Google is good as a solution but customer service is more effective if considered on priority !! All the best for your phone !!
