Stream camera via UDP from Android to Pc

Hello guys! I've looked for some libraries or detailed tutorials to stream my phone camera to my PC. The only thing I found are a lot of github repositories full of code, made with Eclipse (so I can't port into Android Studio), and "bad" tutorials (something like just coding without audio and comments or "install this app"). I don't need a portable app, I need this just for my Huawei p10 lite, with EMUI 8.0.0 . And I need to code, not some random app on the play store or something like that... Some tips?

check wowza. it does streaming from android to system but paid. 30 day trial version can try
