First you should install JVM and JDK.
Then you need to download and install the latest Android SDK.
Open the Netbeans IDE and go to Tools > Plugins.
Add Netbeans Android Plugin URL to download the Netbeans Android Plugin.
Select the Android SDK in Netbeans.
Add the Android SDK Components you need.

Hi James,

              Thanks for u r reply.I have installed netbeans 8.2 and jdk1.8.0_181.I have downloaded oracle-jmesdk-8-0-rr-nb-plugins and oracle-jmesdk-8-3-rr-nb-plugins.I have added these plugins in netbeans by using the option in tools menu->plugins.Then i downloaded Java_ME_platform_SDK_3.4.I tried to add Java Platform in tools Menu.But iam getting this error!

i tried to solve the problem but i can't.Can u pls tell me the solution?

For Android developing, I think Java SE Development Kit 8u181 is enough. Do you need Java ME Java_ME_platform_SDK_3.4?

In addition, you need the Android SDK, Netbeans Android Plugin, and Android SDK Components.
