I'm having some problem with the WhatsApp filters. It's keep on showing loading and loading. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and I have tried turning my phone off but nothing gets right.

What do you mean about Whatsapp filters? Whatsapp messenger?

Try to clear data and clear cache in Settings - Apps - WhatsApp Messenger.

Your problem is not with Whatsapp, it is with Facebook!
Since Facebook purchased Whatsapp they have been deliberately making whatsapp malfunction so users will become frustrated and return to using Facebook!
Best advice is to call Facebook customer service tell them to fix the problems with Whatsapp or you will stop using both of them!
