Android One - File-Based Encryption (FBE) issue - Can't Use SD Card for internal storage

Hi, has the title said I can't set my SD Card in my LG G7 One to internal storage. I can only format it to external. I try by command line but it seems that the android File-Based Encryption (FEB) prevent me of doing it. How can I set my SD card? How can I remove FBE?

I have followed the instructions from this website, and it worked great : "andriod2020.blogspot.com/2016/07/enable-adoptable-storage-for-galaxy-s7.html#.XCAodBS6OV4"

I did have to alter the instructions a bit as I'm a linux user, but I don't see why it wouldn't work under Windows.
