I've deleted apps and cleared phone and downloaded ad apps and still getting pop ups HELP !

I have a couple of suggestions to decrease ads.
Go to Google settings and pause your web activity. And delete all your past web activity. Even though you delete your browser history it is still in your web activity. And Google uses this to target you for ads
Then find your Google location history and turn it off. Then delete your past locations. Google uses this to target you for ads from local retailers.
When you surf the internet (window shopping) turn on your secret mode,(incognito mode) this will block your device I D number and the advertisers won't know who to send the ads too!

Free third-party apps!
Ever wonder how the software developers pay for those apps?
By collecting your personal data and shares it with other companies who then sell your data to advertisers !
So if you have any of these apps in your phone that you really don't need,
Delete them!
