Icon names dissapearing from apps on homescreen lower row.

I have a problem with the lower apps on my phone.
I installed an app that was supposed to make a swipable bar from the bottom, similar to the one already in the top of the screen that you swipe down which has the WiFi, mobile data, sound, bluetooth in it and so on.

But I disliked it so I uninstalled it but now I see that it somehow made my icon names dissapear as seen on the photo I posted (the bar was just under those icons).

If I drag them out they get their respective names based on what app it is but while on that lower row they dont show anymore.

The apps name is Bottom Quick Settings and it was from the Play Store.

I already uninstalled the app and cleared Play Store data/cache and restarded but nothing works.

How can I turn the app icon names back on?
