Need help Android kernel warning

I will apologize beforehand I am not in any way shape or form very good with any of this so please bear with me and dumb it down for me someone opened up my recovery mode and got into my logs and that's when we noticed this message

I don't have root access and I don't understand why this has started but factory reset didn't fix it at this point I'm ready to throw this phone in the trash and go get a new one if I could get some help please it would be much appreciated

You should take heed to the last part of the message and report this to the vendor.
I can think of a couple reasons for that warning.
1. You picked up a virus
2. Your phone was hacked
3.your phone security has somehow been shut off.

Contact the manufacturers customer support from a different phone.
Tell them about that notice.
They will run a trouble shooting scan on the device.
