Motorola Moto G — Motorolo G5 Incoming calls go direct to voicemail

Our motog5 has started to direct two specific incoming calls to voicemail. One is from our Virgin mobile and the other is from our home landline. There is no opportunity to answer the call – just the message …”The person is not available to take your call, leave a message” etc. Text messages go through however no problem. It would look as if we had (inadvertently) instructed the motog5 to always divert those two (that we know of ) calls to voicemail. We have tried to research this in settings and online without success. Also we can not delete the voicemail message – it keeps coming back. Can anyone help us to restore the phone to normal. These two numbers are family numbers which we rely on for contacts. Thank you if you can help.

In addition, some special apps can also enable the mode like 'Do Not Disturb Mode'.
So, go through all apps installed on your device, too.

Are you sure that the issue only exists for these two specific phone numbers in your contacts list?
If yes, a resort is to make a call to your carrier and find out the reason for calls going to voicemail. The issue may be due to problems with your carrier’s network. Good luck to you.

Thanks for your reply. We found a list of blocked numbers. The list contained 13 numbers - we do block the "you have had an accident " calls but I can not find how to scroll down further to find if the two numbers have also been blocked inadvertently. I have tried unblocking 9 of the 13 hoping other numbers would move into view - but now only 5 of the originals are in view and no new numbers appeared. I will continue to look through the apps.
