Mortgage for a smartphone in Africa

Hello everyone. I would like to purchase a smartphone in Nigeria (Huawei P20 lite), but I need $100 to buy it... To be honest, it's smartphone not for me, but for my younger brother. So, what can I do? Maybe it's worth trying to take a loan/mortgage?

Just a suggestion but wait and save until you have the money. Not worth to get into debts for $. 100 or a phone
