My son has a kindle fire 7 which he absolutely loves.
However it has come to the end of it's life and I would like to give him my kindle (which has a litle more life left in it.

He plays lots of games on his kindle (via playstore and he is worried if he takes my kindle and I wipe his back to factory settings, he will lose all the progress he has made in his games.

Is this true?

Can anyone help me with this and advise what we can do?

Thanks in advance.

In general, the progress he has made in his games is stored in some remote servers other than the local storage.
In addition, any apps that he has downloaded from the Google Play will be installed automatically on the new device where he signs in with his same Google account.
