I was used before Samsung j5 there is already Samsung galaxy app store and Samsung account.. Why need us Google play store account again. Redmi phones also have mi account mi store. But Google bastrad can't give to run.

Just log in again with the old gmail address and password

Do you mean that you can't log in Google Play Store on your Samsung j5 or Redmi phones?

So you mean that you cannot login your Google Account on your new device? You can try getting your information back if your account is fully registered, then I'm sure you will have no problem logging in back again

If you temporary need apps that you cannot find on the Galaxy appstore, go find it on apk sites such as apktovi. Good luck

Now at internet lots of websites you will find like Apkpure.com Vliveapk.com where you can install the apps absolutely free even its deleted from Play store. There is no any Login or Google Account Required , Go Search and enjoy
