Got a brand new unlocked u11 last year right from HTC and it's pretty much had charging problems ever since. Slow charge, not charging at all.. Really aggravating. Apparently according to Google it's a software issue? When it's acting up I can usually use boost+ to clear junk and memory and it will charge as it should. Occasionally boost doesn't do the trick and I need to hold both volume buttons and the power button to reboot the phone to get it to charge.
Now, all this week, I havnt been able to get the phone to charge regularly no matter what I do. Slow charge only.
Why would HTC design a phone in such a way where a software issue or app interference can mess with charging? It's getting to the point where I'm considering buying a new phone, pretty disheartening considering the amount of money I spent on this phone in January.
