Homescreen time and weather

I have uploaded an image. How do i remove this widget from above. When I select the date, the calendar opens up. When I click the temperature, the google weather opens up. It is kind of annoying in the homescreen. Please help! 🙂I factory reseted my phone quite a time ago imagebecause of some wifi issue(still remains unresolved) and before there was nothing on home screen but now this thing appears out of nowhere.
I went to motorola one forums and they said "Google has made this an non-removable part of Android One devices, similar to the Google Assistant search bar. Motorola has no control over this aspect of the software."

There must be a way to remove a widget, just hold and delete it.

Is there any options about this widget in Settings of your Android One device? Go through it.

Dude really?? xD You think I haven't tried holding or dragging. It just does not get removed.

No. This widget has no options. It is just the google's at a glance widget or something which in very annoying and unremovable. If there is any way please help!
