Hi there,
I am working with a company whose work requires me to collect thumb impression of respondents via a mobile application. The issue is that, my new mate lite android operating system is non responsive to that specific app. I can't record thumb impression. The developer says I need to downgrade system for app compatibility. Is it safe to downgrade version, as i is heard that It may impact system performance. Can anybody help me in this regard?
