More or less everyone knows that the HTC One is well on its way to receive the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, but the big question among owners of the smartphone would be, “When?”. Well, at the end of last month, it was reported that a leaked build from HTC’s version of Android 4.3 (build 3.09.401.1) was spotted to work on the international model of the HTC One. In the vein of the proverb, the early bird getting the worm, ROM developers made a quick swipe at that particular ROM before turning it into a flashable ZIP file for those who have already rooted their devices. This time around, it seems that a new Android 4.3 ROM (build 3.10.502.2) has been made available for the HTC One.
This particular Android 4.3 Jelly Bean ROM for the HTC One was made available courtesy of RootzWiki dev “birdman”, and this time around, this particular ROM update would cater for HTC One owners who are rocking to AT&T’s spectrum. The build will arrive in two forms - RUU as well as a flashable ZIP file, but do bear in mind that it does not include root. Needless to say, you might want to proceed with caution since this is but a leaked ROM, and it has not been finalized nor made official, so the spirit of caveat emptor applies here.
