LG Pulls Off Terrifying Elevator Stunt to Show Off Their New Displays

Authored by: Steven Blum — Oct 23, 2012

Imagine walking into an elevator when the lights go off, the floor disappears and suddenly you can see an elevator shaft beneath your feet.  This optical illusion was pulled off by the team at LG. There's some debate online as to whether or not the video is real. Of course it could be that LG faked the whole stunt, but it's still pretty effective PR, I must say. I would have totally freaked out if someone would have pulled that stunt on me.
