The nextpit.com portal is a service offered by nextpit GmbH, located at Strelitzer Str. 58, 10115 Berlin (hereafter referred to as nextpit). The terms of use apply to each user on the nextpit.com portal. nextpit provides the offered services exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions.
2.1 The information, articles and reviews on nextpit.com are for information only and for the private use of the user. These may only be used for private purposes. The user is not authorized to download the information outside of the designated download options on a computer and / or disk. The systematic and repeated downloading of small amounts of information is also considered the same as the downloading of a large amount of information. Printed information can only be used for private reasons and only in a reasonable quantity. Information may only be disclosed to a limited extent and only to individuals for private purposes. 2.2 nextpit strives to provide a a technically smooth and trouble-free operation of the nextpit portal. nextpit reserves the rights to resolve technical problems within a period of time definited solely and freely by nextpit. It's possible that the nextpit.com portal is not reachable at this moment of time.
The use of certain services is only possible if you have previously registered on the nextpit.com page. Registration is free and can be terminated at any time by either party without notice or for any reason.
nextpit reserves the unlimited right to use the publications of its users in the forum or on the blog for uses related to nextpit.com. This usage right is accorded free of charge. The conditions of use also determine the decisions to publish. Authors do not have the right to demand that a contribution be published or rated on the nextpit portal.
5.1 Forum and blog entries are published in real time. Proofreading the user contributions before publication is therefore not done. The author is solely responsible for the content of individual posts. nextpit is immediately aware of infringements and will delete these.
5.2 Otherwise nextpit is liable for damages related to intentional or grossly negligent agreement violations as well as for damages that occur as a result of minor violations of the agreement obligations. In this last case liability is limited to the typical and predictable damages at the time of reaching agreement. nextpitʼs legal liability for personal damages according to the product liability law is not affected. The above-mentioned liability limitations also apply to breaches of contract on the part of nextpitʼs legal representative or agent.
6.1 The user guarantees that all entered information regarding his identity is complete and correct. The user is under obligation to inform nextpit of any changes of their information.
6.2 It's the users duty to keep their passwords private when accessing nextpit services.
6.3 The user shall not send any data, which in any shape or form (ex. virus, spam) threatens the operation of nextpitʼs data network.
6.4 The user shall make sure that none of their contributions to the forum/blog break any laws, regulations, and/or moral standards. This includes placing yourself under the obligation of not posting any pornographic, violent, or inciting content as well not advocating or presenting instructions for criminal acts. Your posts may not be offensive or defamatory.
6.5 When a breach of the previously mentioned rules occur, nextpit reserves the rights to remove part or all of the respective content from the web and / or to terminate the user's access to the nextpit portal. If the user is responsible for the breach of the previously mentioned rules, the user will be liable to nextpitfor compensation of any resulting damage. The user frees nextpitof any third party claims as a result of a violation.

8.1 These terms of use and the legal relationship between nextpit and the user are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8.2 If any of the clauses of the agreement or terms of use become partially void, this does not affect the binding force of the rest of the agreement and terms of use.
