The Android 4.3 firmware has been released for the Xperia SP (C5302/C5303) and Xperia T (LT30p) and comes thanks to developer DooMLoRD. With some fancy tweaking of the firmware from the developer edition of the devices, he managed to make the firmware work for consumer versions.
