The Sony Xperia T was introduced in August 2012 and took its place as the new flagship for the Xperia series. The smartphone comes with a 4.55-inch display and has a dual core Qualcomm processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. With 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, storage is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. The U.S. version of the device which has LTE support is named Xperia TL. The Sony Xperia T can be seen in the James Bond film Skyfall, and is offered as a "Bond phone" in a special edition. The smartphone comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, however an official update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is available.
