Anyone can help me to realize the LOMO effect?

I really like the LOMO effects in the second picture as shown in the following website(or just search Lomoster in android market), anyone can tell me how to realize it? thanks!!!

Sara... I deleted your duplicate post so as to keep all answers from members in one area.

From what I gathered looking at the app comments is that the app hasn't been updated for the newer verisons of the Android Firmware like 2.1 or 2.2.

If you phone has one of these newer verisons you might want to try the Photo App I personally use: Camera Zoom FX

It also has a "Pencil" drawing mode that is within the "artFX" modes of the App

Yeah, your version of Android is going to be key to understanding why you can't find it. If you still think you want Lomoster, then we can go from there, but we need your phone's Android OS info and the carrier wouldn't hurt..

You might want to try one man with a camera the application which allows to take lomo pictures. It's completely free.
I am the co-creator of the application so feel free to ask questions.
